The Cloudiax application “Support Info.exe” will gather the information that help our support team to identify the system and will speed up the processing of your request.
Please always use this application to post the information to your support ticket.
It is important to use the Desktop on top.
DoubleClick on the Support Info.exe
Now it takes up to 15 sec. until the information is displayed.
If you are working on RDP you can directly copy the information to the Ticket, on Web access please click in the new open window and press (CTRL + C to copy) after this you can paste it to the Ticket.
