We enforce the security standard of the classification TIER 3. In level 3, a data center achieves an availability of 99.98 percent with a downtime of 1.6 hours per year.
Three different energy sources are a guarantee for you that no problem should arise. Our largest is the photovoltaic system, followed by biogas combined heat and power plants and, last but not least, we also use wind power.
Our data center produces its own electricity entirely. Wind turbine, solar systems and 5 biogas combined heat and power plants directly in the data center provide all the energy required. Backed up by a fully redundant 180 kVA online UPS system and is therefore 100 % CO2-neutral as well your computing power at Cloudiax!
If something should go wrong with our energy supply, we have two diesel generators, each producing 170 kVA. They can supply our servers with uninterrupted energy for a week. A cold-warm aisle system reliably ensures the dissipation of even large heat loads.
Your data is safe at Cloudiax! Fully redundant air conditioning systems for each fire compartment, automatic fire extinguishing systems, multiple access protection through technical and personal monitoring ensure the highest level of security for your valuable and sensitive data.
In case of a local incident, there is an ongoing data storage in the backup data center at a safe distance of 3.8 km.
