Should I update to SAP Business One Version 11 immediately when I migrate to Cloudiax?
No. You choose your preferred SAP Business One version and patch level, and you keep that choice after the migration. Migrating to our platform simply means that Version 11, the Web Client and SAP HANA are ready the day you decide to take the step.

Should I migrate my existing SQL database to SAP HANA?
If you want to migrate to Version 11 and work with the Web Client, yes. The Web Client requires SAP HANA, and we carry out the migration for you free of charge.
If you stay on an older version, you can keep your SQL database. In the long run we do not recommend it, because every new SAP release is built around HANA.

What exactly is SAP Business One Private Cloud?
Your SAP Business One is deployed and operated in a dedicated cloud environment, as an on-premise installation. This removes all restrictions specified by the SAP Cloud Control Center: you are free to use add-ons, additional application servers or an individual B1if, and you determine the SAP Business One version and patch level yourself.
You or your consulting company also receive extensive administrative access to the system. The minimum number of basis users is three.

Which SAP Business One licenses can I use?
The products and solutions in our price list do not include SAP Business One and add-on licenses, unless expressly stated otherwise. You are completely free in your choice of license: bring your existing purchase licenses, buy new ones from the SAP consulting company of your choice (on-premise licenses) or rent them (cloud licenses). OEM licenses that come with an industry solution based on SAP Business One can be used as well.
All other necessary licenses (operating systems, access licenses, virus protection, SQL and so on) are included in our products. The SAP HANA license is supplied with rental licenses from SAP; for on-premise licenses a separate SAP HANA database has to be purchased. It is worth comparing the options, and one of our partners on site will gladly advise you.

What does “basis user” mean?
A basis user is a named user. Basis users are our product covering professional and limited user licenses, and they include mobile access.

What is the maximum number of users in SAP Business One Cloud?
SAP regulates the maximum number of SAP Business One users in a company database. On our side there is no additional limit: SAP Business One Cloud places no restriction on the number of users.

Is it possible to reduce the number of users?
Yes. After 12 months you can reduce the number of users in line with your contract duration.
