Once the 500 emails in the basic package are exceeded within the current month, an extension (see below) is automatically added to ensure seamless continuation of email processing.

Billing is performed retrospectively at the beginning of each month for the previous month. The basic package is billed, even if fewer than 500 emails are processed. You will have access to a transparent overview of the costs incurred at any time.

Extensions are provided in increments of 1,000 emails. If the basic package of 500 emails is exceeded within the current month, an additional 1,000 emails will automatically be added and billed for that month. (For example, 199€ for the basic package + 299€ for 1,000 additional emails, totaling 498€/month for fewer than 1,500 emails).

This process repeats as necessary: each time the current quota is surpassed, another increment of 1,000 emails is added and billed to ensure seamless and uninterrupted email processing.

Billing occurs monthly alongside the basic package.

Through an easy-to-use chat interface, you gain access to comprehensive expertise, which includes publicly available SAP B1 documentation and manuals, as well as a selection of guides from renowned add-on manufacturers. Company-specific documents can also be uploaded and queried in individual chats.

As an add-on manufacturer, you have the option to provide us with your own add-on manuals, which we add to the knowledge base so that users can access this information.

All responses from the SAP B1 AI Consultant are delivered in real-time, significantly accelerating the problem-solving process and reducing the need for time-consuming research or manual reviews.

The SAP B1 AI Consultant is offered exclusively at flat rates – with no hidden or usage-based fees.

The contract term is 12 months with quarterly or annual billing and automatic renewal. New customers also benefit from a 50% discount for the first three months and a 90-day right of withdrawal.

With the Cloud Basic User you already get everything you need to use SAP Business One in the Cloud. In addition, that from one user. We need a freely chosen time frame per week from you, during which we can perform important maintenance. Further details can be found in point 3 of our “Contract terms for the licensing of Cloud services”.

Generally we update your SAP Business One to the latest version once or twice a year for free. We do not simply update your SAP Business One, but also provide you for 30 days an updated copy of your environment for testing. During the tests, you continue to work normally in your usual environment. After successfully testing the “new” environment, we will transform your productive environment. If the 30-day free trial period is not enough for you, you can also extend the time via our options for a fee.

Cloudiax is directly and redundantly linked with the largest Internet exchange points (e.g., Decix, Ecix) and to more than 70 Internet providers. With a connection of 200 Gbit/s a worldwide access to your data with full bandwidth and lowest runtimes is guaranteed.

By adhering to the strictest European and German privacy policy, your valuable corporate data is securely stored in our data center. Our cyber security expertise and diverse update, security and backup measures ensure permanently protected access to your data. Our data center is also certified with ISO/IEC 27001 2013 and complies with the TIER 3 security standard for international data centers. Cloudiax is Cloud made in Germany.

Your databases will be backed up several times a day and stored for 30 days. You can also download these databases regularly and save them locally so that you can continue to work independently of Cloudiax at any time. Your security and personal freedom is a priority for us.

The Cloudiax data center completely produces its own electricity. Wind power, solar systems and bio-block heating power plants directly in the data center provide 100% green energy. Therefore, with Cloudiax you also take care of the environment. Moreover, just in case, batteries and two generators provide electricity for permanent operation.

CPMDSS (Cloudiax performance-measurement and dynamic scaling-system) ensures that your environment always has enough memory, processors and hard disk capacity, so that your users can work quickly at any time. Generally, Cloudiax works with the newest infrastructure. The Cloudiax disk storage always uses high-performance SSDs and refrains from cheap HDDs. Therefore, you always have the necessary data throughput.

Of course, with Cloudiax, you will not pay any setup costs for building your SAP Business One environment.

We are talking about Cloud because we deploy and run your SAP Business One using the SAP Cloud Control Center. Our experience has shown that the big variety of add-ons can cover more than 90% of all requirements. In the case that the combination of add-on and SAP Cloud Control Center does not work, we also offer hosting without the SAP Cloud Control Center via the Hosting option.

Our tip to save money: Start with the users you need for the project phase. Add the users you need for your team’s training phase and order the rest of the required users at the time of go-live. Of course, this also applies to your rollout projects across multiple branches and countries. In this way you only pay for the users you really need at each phase.

Important: The Cloud Basis User does not include SAP Business One and / or add-on licenses. These can be purchased (purchase licenses) or rented (rental licenses) from your local SAP Business One consulting company.

Access to SAP Business One is not only possible through the Cloud Basis User, but also through one of the many mobile apps available for SAP Business One on your smartphone. Users who want to use this feature and do not have a Cloud Basis User yet will need the Mobile User listed here.

All Cloud Basis Users or Mobile Users are assigned to known users by name. In the case that another application, e.g. a warehouse scanner or an add-on accesses SAP Business One, an Indirect Access User license for SAP is often required. Cloudiax charges the monthly price listed here for each Indirect Access User license deposited in SAP.

A service unit consists of a bundle of systems that are necessary for operating SAP Business One in the same version and at the same patch level. Installations with less than 31 users are combined and operated in a service unit managed by a Cloudiax partner or Cloudiax.

Of course, privacy and data protection are respected and users will never be able to see neighboring customers’ systems within the same service unit or access other customers’ data.

In some cases, it is necessary for technical reasons that even customers with less than 31 users need their own and exclusive service unit. For example, if their SAP Business One version and patch level cannot be deployed to the current state or integration scenarios, an exclusive B1if is required. In these cases, the Dedicated Service Unit option can be used to book a separate service unit for customers with one to 30 users. This option will not be available for customers with more than 31 users .

Our tip to save money: Please check with your local Cloudiax partner or our team if you really need this option.

Important: If you choose hosting instead of cloud, you must additionally book this option for installations with less than 31 users.

In case of updating the applications, Cloudiax will provide you for 30 days an updated copy of your environment free of charge. Therefore, you can safely and easily continue working in your existing productive environment and test the update on the additional environment for 30 days without any additional cost. If these 30 days are not enough for you, because the tests are still going on or you, your SAP consulting company or the software manufacturer still need to make some adjustments, then you can extend the update testing phase for a fee. The price indicated here is for each 30 day extension. Of course, it does not have to be booked for 12 months.

The standard ports to access SAP Business One are already released with the Cloud Basis User. These firewall ports are free of charge.

If Additional Firewall Ports are required for specific access scenarios, the Additional Firewall Port will be charged monthly. A set-up fee does not apply.

This makes it possible to realize even the most complex access scenarios for IoT or cash connections. Here Cloudiax can implement solutions on the firewalls and / or on the reverse proxies.

The Virtual VPN Appliance is ideal for concerns that want to make SAP Business One available to their global offices and additionally carry out the integration in the e.g. existing ECC into another data center.

You simply provide us the VPN appliance of your choice (e.g., Cisco) as a virtual machine. We run this highly available on our Hyper-V cluster. The VPN appliance is equipped with two network cards. The first receives an exclusive and fixed public IP address from us, the second is in the private cloud network. You can freely configure your VPN appliance in consultation with our specialists, connect as many locations as you want and freely define any network and routing configuration. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of this product, we cannot set a standard price in the price list here. We will be glad to prepare you a corresponding offer with a one-time set-up charge and the monthly costs.

However, there are special deployment scenarios e.g. with a few add-ons that are not compatible with the SAP Cloud Control Center. In this case, we also offer the solution as hosting. Everything remains the same – only the integration into the SAP Cloud Control Center is eliminated. Because this increases the effort for Cloudiax, we add a flat rate surcharge of 10% to the cloud usage. In addition, in this case, a one-time set-up fee and a flat rate charge per update applies.

The calculation for hosting remains just as easy. Calculate the offer like with the cloud pricing and add 10% of this sum. Finished!

Our tip to save money: As soon as the reason for the hosting has been solved and the solution is available for the integration into the SAP Cloud Control Center, a migration can be carried out, if you wish it. In this case a surcharge shall not apply.

MyWave.ai powered by Cloudiax enables the processing of waves via Cloudiax AI servers. It is only available for a minimum of three users and for SAP B1 systems hosted within the Cloudiax environment.

Cloudiax exclusively provides the infrastructure for processing waves within its AI servers. We guarantee 99.5% server availability and operational stability of the AI servers and the system environment of SAP Business One.

Our AI servers are currently operated in Cloudiax’s own German data center, adhering to the strict European and German privacy policy, ensuring a secure and controlled environment for wave processing.

Our data center is certified with ISO/IEC 27001 2013 and complies with the TIER 3 security standard for international data centers.
