What is a Cloud Server?
A Cloud Server is a digital server environment running within a Cloud infrastructure. Instead of renting or purchasing physical hardware, you use Cloudiax’s hardware resources via the Cloud.
Each user, however, gets their own isolated server environment with guaranteed dedicated resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage.

Where are the Cloud Servers operated?
Our servers are operated in our own data centers in Germany, Canada, and Singapore, in accordance with German and European security standards.

How is backup responsibility handled for databases?
For self-managed databases, the customer is responsible for handling backups. However, if the database is ordered separately through us (independent of the app server), we can take care of the backups, as we have direct access to the database in that case.
