ISAE 3402/PS 951
Certification
Cloudiax has undergone a ISAE 3402/PS 951 certification process.
Your auditor needs to inspect our certification documents (the certificate and short version of our internal control system)?
No problem, the following steps are necessary:

Your partner, you and your auditor must fill out this agreement and sign it. Please send the scanned signed agreement to order@cloudiax.com.

After we have received the agreement signed by your partner, you and your auditor, you will receive an invoice from us in the amount of 990€ as a contribution to our expenses.

After receipt of payment, the certificate and the short version of the documentation of our internal control system (ICS) are sent to your auditor by post.
In case your auditor needs to inspect the complete documentation in connection with the certification, it can be viewed at our location in Emmerich by appointment. For this we charge an extra fee according to the respective expenditure involved.
