Innovo UAE E‑Invoicing

Innovo e-invoicing is a cloud-based e-invoicing platform that helps UAE businesses meet Federal Tax Authority (FTA) e-invoicing requirements without building or maintaining compliance infrastructure themselves.

Delivered as a subscription, Innovo connects directly to the ERP a business already runs, and handles the full journey of an invoice from the moment it’s posted to the moment it’s cleared — validating it against FTA and Peppol rules, formatting it to the required schema, submitting it through the Peppol network, and returning clearance status in real time.

Built for both B2B and B2C invoicing, Innovo supports standard tax invoices, simplified consumer invoices, and credit or debit notes, so a business doesn’t need separate tools for different customer types.

It’s designed to work across ERPs rather than around one: SAP Business One is supported today, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle NetSuite on the roadmap, and Odoo, Zoho Books, and custom systems supported through API and file-based import.
