CompuTec WebUp is a browser-based customization and automation toolkit built specifically for the SAP Business One Web Client.

Built on SAP UI5 and following SAP Fiori design guidelines, everything you configure looks and behaves exactly like the rest of the SAP Business One interface.

Designed to be accessible to non-developers, many customizations can be configured without any specialized technical knowledge — though CompuTec WebUp also has the depth to handle more complex requirements when needed.

Simplified Interface Customization

CompuTec WebUp lets you add, hide or rearrange fields and controls on any form, and move UDFs out of the bottom of the screen to where they will actually be seen and used.

Labels, navigation and terminology can be reworked to match your company’s language, and color-coding warnings and tooltips can be added to guide users through tasks.

Validation & Data Control

Validation rules can be defined to run before anything is written to the database.

Fields can be made mandatory, value ranges restricted, formats enforced and cross-field dependencies handled.

Invalid entries trigger clear, contextual messages that guide users to fix the issue, protecting master data integrity and transactional accuracy automatically.

Advanced Process Automation

Actions can be triggered automatically when a field changes, a document reaches a certain status or a specific event fires.

For more complex needs, Smart Actions allow high-level JavaScript-based automations triggered by specific view events.
